On the one hand: Google says: “…Beware of SEOs that claim to guarantee rankings…”

…and on the other hand, we have:

“Guaranteed Search Engine Optimization & SEO Services” - http://www.beanstalk-inc.com/

“Guaranteed SEO Services by SEOBEAN” - www.seobean.com/

“Top Rankings Guaranteed!” - anuvatech.com

“Not only we provide SEO service we also provide guaranteed result…” - search24online.com

I could easily find hundreds more. The query ’seo service guaranteed’ returns over 600,000 results.

Does Google needs to update it’s webmaster page or are these SEOs dangerous?
